The Eugene Airport (EUG) has received a $1 million investment from the State of Oregon to support critical terminal improvements, thanks to the leadership of Representative Julie Fahey. The funding was included in House Bill 5204 and will help modernize airport infrastructure and improve the passenger experience.
The City of Eugene completed a major restoration of Amazon Creek between 20th and 24th avenues, transforming a 65-year-old concrete channel into a natural, winding waterway. The recently finished project improves flood capacity, filters stormwater, and provides a healthier habitat for local wildlife.
