Transactions that would have been processed Monday night (February 16) will be processed Tuesday night (February 17) at Tuesday's closing share prices.

Observance of US Independence Day.
July 4th, also known as Independence Day, is a national holiday in the United States that commemorates the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. This day marks the birth of the United States as an independent nation, declaring freedom from British rule.
Some financial markets will be closed on Thursday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth National Independence Day. Expect that some banks and government offices may have shortened office hours or might be closed for the day.

Spring yard cleanup season is upon us. The first bin has been delivered and is located in the guest parking area beside 657. The bins will remain for approximately 30 days, or until full. Bins are for private homeowner use, and for yard waste only (trees, bushes, grass, leaves... no trash or junk items).
Yard debris should be placed in the bins by filling up the front end first and cutting trees and shrubs to ensure there is little open space in the dumpster that cannot be used.

The 2025 Edgewood Mountain II HOA meeting will be held on April 14, 2024, at 6:00pm, 645 Startouch Drive (the Rogers’ residence).
Topics and proposals to include--
Workers will be in the neighborhood to perform Board approved tree maintenance in the common areas on Startouch Drive. Tree maintenance may require some minimal access via your property (right of access is described in the CC&Rs, Article IX), and will require full access to guest parking for their equipment.
This is the first of two phases of tree maintenance to be performed. The second phase is planned for some time in 2025.
