Gentle reminder that yard debris waste bins will be delivered and located in the guest parking area beside homes between 635 and 643 on May 20th, 2026.
The bins will remain for approximately 30 days, or until full. Bins are for private homeowner use, and for yard waste only (trees, bushes, grass, leaves... no trash or junk items).
Please ask guests to remove parked cars, nor should anyone park in guest parking between 635 and 643 starting May 19th, 2026, so that bins can be delivered safely for community use.
Yard debris should be placed in the bins by filling up the front end first and cutting trees and shrubs to ensure there is little open space in the dumpster that cannot be used.
When the dumpster is full, a second one will be delivered and placed in visitor parking on the other downhill side of Startouch Drive. There is no time limit in place and how fast the fill up depends on weather and when people are out doing major yard work.
