- Finances and 2025 budget
- Common area repairs and maintenance projects
- Second phase of tree management
- Brookside sidewalk
- Drainage
- Governance proposals
- Rules compliance
- Annual homeowner dues
- Board elections (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer). Nominations from the floor will be made at the meeting
